Key benefits

• Users can automatically sign into HappyCo using their Okta account
• Manage all HappyCo users from Okta
• All new users are given the Standard role by default and can be changed on a per user basis in HappyCo Manage

Adding the HappyCo application to Okta

1. Log into Okta, and open the Admin dashboard.

   

2. Select Applications in the top bar.

   

3. Click Add Application.

   

4. Click Create New App.

   

5. Select Web & SAML 2.0, then click Create.

   

6. Set app name as HappyCo, then click Next.

7. Fill in the following fields: Single sign on URL → https://manage.happyco.com/saml2/acs Audience URI → https://manage.happyco.com/saml2 Name ID format → EmailAddress Attributes → firstName: user.firstName, lastName: user.lastName

   

8. 3Click Save, and the HappyCo application will now be set up in Okta.
